The Homeowner survey should work on most modern mobile devices and computers, however, older web browsers may have issues. For the best user experience we recommend a recent version of Chrome, FireFox, Internet Explorer or Safari. For Internet Explorer - Version 10 or newer.

If you are having issues completing the survey, a few things you can try are:

  1. Restart your computer and confirm your internet connection is working.
  2. Confirm you are using a modern web browser. For example IE10 or newer, a recent version Chrome, FireFox, Safari, or a mobile device that is less than 2 years old.
  3. Clear your browser cookies, close and re-open your browser.
  4. Scan your computer for viruses. Microsoft security essentials is a free tool from Microsoft that may be helpful. Malwarebytes is a Anti-Malware tool that is free to try.
  5. Turn all non standard "search" bars off, or remove them completely, and try the survey again.
  6. Install the latest version of Internet Explorer, Chrome or FireFox, and try again with a "clean" installation.
  7. Try using another device or computer.
